Overview
You paste one web address into Claude or ChatGPT, sign in to Panoramica, and approve. From then on you can ask your AI app about your holdings, transactions, value history and net worth. In Claude that works on the web, in the desktop app and on your phone; ChatGPT offers custom connectors on the web.
Panoramica itself sends nothing to any AI company. The connection exists because you set it up in your own AI app. Approving gives that app everything the approval screen lists: portfolios, holdings, transactions, value history and net worth. It cannot place trades or change your records. The figures come without advice; what your AI app concludes from them is its own.
The address to paste:
https://inawavcjkzcmuuzgchrk.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpClaude
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Panoramica and paste the address above. If the dialog asks how Claude identifies itself, choose Register automatically. Leave the OAuth client ID and secret empty. Choose Add.
- Choose Connect. Panoramica opens and asks you to sign in. The approval screen names the app asking and what it may read.
- Approve only if you started connecting just now.
On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds the connector once, under Organization settings, then Connectors. Each member then finds it under Customize, then Connectors, with the Custom label, and chooses Connect to approve for their own Panoramica account.
Claude Code
Add the server from a terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http panoramica https://inawavcjkzcmuuzgchrk.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpRun /mcp inside Claude Code, choose Panoramica and authenticate. A browser window opens for the same approval screen.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
- Open Plugins, choose the plus button and create a developer-mode app. Paste the address above and choose OAuth. Leave the client ID and secret empty.
- Sign in to Panoramica when asked and approve.
Developer mode is available on the Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans.
What it can read
Five read-only tools. Each is marked read-only, so your AI app knows it changes nothing.
| Tool | Returns |
|---|---|
list_portfolios | List portfolios. The portfolios on your account, so the AI can ask for one by name. |
get_positions | Get positions. What you hold, with quantity, cost basis and current value. |
get_transactions | Get transactions. Your transaction history, newest first. |
get_snapshots | Get value history. Portfolio value over time, newest first. |
get_net_worth | Get net worth. Total assets, total liabilities and net worth in your base currency. Unvested equity compensation is not counted, so this can be lower than the figure in the app. |
Each account has a limit of 1,000 tool calls a day. A long answer is shortened by dropping rows, the oldest first for transactions and value history, and the AI is told how many were left out.
Who can connect
Connecting is part of Pro. Without Pro, the AI app is told: "Reading Panoramica from an AI app is a Pro feature, and this account doesn't have Pro at the moment."
Your privacy mode must be Cloud. In Strict and Local-first modes your figures stay on your device, so there is nothing current for an AI app to read. It is told: "Your figures stay on your device in this privacy mode, so an AI app can't read them." If no device has recorded a privacy setting yet, it is told: "Open Panoramica on your phone once so it can record your privacy setting, then try again."
Disconnecting
Open Settings, then API and connected apps. Each connected AI app is listed with the date you approved it and when it last read. Choose Disconnect. It takes effect on the app's next request, and the app must be approved again to read anything.
In Strict or Local-first mode the list is hidden. Connected apps can't read anything in those modes; switch your privacy mode to Cloud to see or disconnect them.
Removing the connector inside Claude or ChatGPT stops that app from asking, but only Disconnect in Panoramica ends its access.
For scripts and spreadsheets, see the API reference.
